Thank you to all that made the burial of my dad seem less. Our situation was a bit more challenging given we had to get my father from South Carolina to Florida. The transfer came together with no problems. I also want to thank Rabbi Fratello for performing the ceremony. He was warm and kind. I appreciate everything.

Jonathan was amazing, he helped make the awful and painful experience of handling my Mother’s passing a much easier process. After explaining what an absolutely terrible experience we had with another funeral home, Jonathan made my brother and I feel comfortable with our mother being in Beth Israel’s care and handling the arrangements.

Malory and everyone at Beth Israel were compassionate, accessible, and so easy to work with. Since we were not able to pre-plan anything due to my moms sudden decline it was most appreciated to be able to easily work with them to get arrangements made. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

“It's a very difficult experience, but Beth Israel Memorial helped me every step of the way through this. The funeral director Jenny, was compassionate, sympathetic and very importantly didn't try to oversell me. She listened to what I wanted and didn't question or try to talk me out of anything. If I had any questions she always responded. They provided a beautiful graveside service with a wonderful Rabbi. Would highly recommend. I will be using them for my own pre-planning so that I can be with my husband eventually.”

“I highly recommend Beth Israel Memorial Chapel. My dear father prearranged his arrangements many years ago, and told us to make this one phone call to them when the time came. From that first call we were carried along the process of the funeral effortlessly. My father lived in Florida and was buried in Long Island NY. So there were many moving parts that had to be coordinated within days. Malory was instrumental in making it all happen smoothly and with calm, understanding and kindness. Even after the funeral when we went to Florida to take care of my father’s affairs, which included getting death certificates in a hurry, Malory was still dedicated to help and made a special trip to meet us to deliver them. Thank you for helping us and my father during this challenging time.🙏”
